Service
Mannion Enterprices LLC offers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, emergency and repair service on products that we sell and install. Our service calls are done at your location with the use of one of our service vehicles or at our garage.Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM and Sunday by appointment. The local police and fire departments stop by regularly because they feel welcome and at home here. We are the new local hang out for the emergency service community.
Parts
We stock numerous parts along with commonly used lights and sirens to provide service for our customers. Standard lead time for installations is three to four weeks due to the customization of most jobs.
Installation
We offer pick-up and delivery for full installation, changes or service. If purchasing a new vehicle, fleet companies drop ship directly to our location. We offer a 24 hour drop box located in a gated parking lot. Should you wish to wait during your installation, our waiting room has a large screen TV with a DVD player, movies, PlayStation 3, two reclining sofas plus hot and cold drinks and snacks. There are 2 restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Our installers use Quality Control forms to ensure that all steps of the installation are correctly performed. Upon completion of the installation, all vehicles are first checked by our lead installer and then a final inspection is done the owner to guarantee product and service quality. Additionally, we will contact you after pick up to ensure that you are satisfied with the installation.We refer to our customers as family, we build relationships, and our customer’s safety is our main concern.
